If you have updated your theme or changed themes, this can impact your Shopify storefront. Most commonly, this can cause your Chat Widget or Cues to no longer be visible. If this is the case, you can easily fix the issue by republishing your Chat Widget and Cues.
- Head over to Settings > Chat Widgets and click "Unpublish from Shopify." Once unpublished, simply click "Publish to Shopify."
If your Cues aren't visible, follow the same steps.
- Navigate to Settings > Cues and unpublish your Cues from your website by click "Unpublish from Shopify." Once unpublished, simply republish them by clicking "Publish to Shopify."
