MailChimp: How-To

Great customer support is all about knowing and understanding your customers at the right time. The MailChimp connection will allow you to streamline your support processes and maximize efficiency across your support team.

The Re:amaze MailChimp integration will allow you to see which lists a customer is subscribed to, their star rating, which email campaigns they’ve received in the past, and manage their subscriptions with a simple glance to the right of your ongoing conversation.

Connecting MailChimp
  • To get started, head over to Settings > Apps & Integrations and select MailChimp from the list of apps.


  • On the next page you will just need to click the "Connect to MailChimp" button to begin connecting your account.


  • You will be prompted to log into you MailChimp account. Provide your MailChimp username and password then click "Log In."
  • Next you will need to authorize Re:amaze in order for your MailChimp data to be pulled. Click "Allow" at the bottom of the page.

Now your MailChimp account will be connected to Re:amaze, and you will see a "Success!" message at the top of the page. Going forward, the right rail of a customer conversations will populate with your MailChimp customer data if the email address matches. You’ll be able to see past campaign histories, their current list subscriptions, etc.
