To connect Omnisend, you’ll first need to log into your Re:amaze account and click on “Settings” then on “Apps”. Select “Omnisend” from the list of apps available and connect your Omnisend account to a specific brand in your Re:amaze account.
On the next screen you’ll be asked to enter your Omnisend API key which can be found in your Omnisend account. Simply click on the link provided to access your key.
Create a new API key for Re:amaze and copy the key itself.
Once you enter your API key and save your credentials, you’ll see a green confirmation message like the one below.
Before proceeding, please make sure your Omnisend account is connected to your eCommerce store account such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento account.
Using the Omnisend integration
Re:amaze will automatically pull Omnisend data for customers who
- Have a record in your Omnisend account
- Have a conversation with you in Re:amaze
Here’s and example for Nancy Bridges. In Omnisend you can see Nancy’s subscribed channels, details, tags, and even order history.
When Nancy messages you through one of your Re:amaze channels such as email or chat, Nancy’s primary email address will be used to identify important data from your Omnisend account.
