Smile.io Integration: Setup and Features

Smile.io is a rewards platform built for ecommerce businesses that helps merchants scale customer loyalty. The platform powers over 20,000 brands globally, rewarding customers for completing profitable actions.

The Smile.io integration for Re:amaze brings your Shopify or BigCommerce customers' rewards data directly into your conversations, giving you instant access to points balances, VIP status, and more so you can provide informed responses.

Connecting Smile.io

Navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select Smile.io from the list of apps.

If you manage multiple brands, select Connect for the brand you want to connect Smile.io to.

Select Connect with Smile.io and you will be directed to your Smile.io account. Log in with your username and password to complete the connection.

Once connected, Smile.io customer rewards data will appear in the right rail of your conversations. Note that Re:amaze will only display Smile.io data if the customer's email address matches the address they use with Smile.io.
