The Smile integration for Re:amaze is designed to bring all of your Shopify or BigCommerce customers’ rewards data into your Re:amaze conversations. Having instant access to Smile customer data means you’ll be able to provide intelligent responses based on their points balance, VIP status, and more.


To get started, go to your Settings > Apps & Integrations and select from the list of apps.


  • Click "Connect" for the brand you'd like to connect your Stamped account to (if you manage multiple brands).


  • Next, click "Connect with" and you will be navigated to your account. Log in with your username and password and your account will connect to Re:amaze.


Now that your account is connected, you will see customer rewards data within the right-rail of your conversations. Keep in mind that Re:amaze will only display Stamped product reviews if the customer's email address matches the address they use with
