Aircall Integration

Integrating Aircall with Re:amaze enhances your ability to provide seamless customer service alongside your other channels such as live chat, email, SMS, etc.

Our integration with Aircall brings you the ability to bring in Aircall call recordings and voicemails directly into your Re:amaze dashboard. Customers that have phone numbers attached to their identities will automatically be associated to incoming Aircall recordings and Aircall voicemails.

Incoming call recordings from Aircall will be marked as resolved conversations. Incoming voicemails from Aircall will be marked as Open and Unresolved conversations.

Connecting Aircall

To get started, you will first need to retrieve your API keys from Aircall.

  • Log into your Aircall account and navigate to Integrations & API > API Keys
  • On this page, click "Generate an API key" and a popup will appear, providing you with your API ID and API Token. These are keys you will need to connect your Aircall account to Re:amaze.


  • Now head back into your Re:amaze account and navigate to Settings > Voice Channels. From this page, click the "+ Add Voice Channel" button.


  • Next, you'll want to give this voice channel and name and select Aircall from the "Voice Provider" dropdown.


  • Provide the API keys you copied from your Aircall account, then select the desired phone number returned from Aircall. You will also have the option to log calls immediately when they start. Check this box if you would like to enable this setting.


  • Lastly, select the staff members you want subscribed to this channel and click "Next Step" at the bottom of the page when you're done.
