Enable External Email Forwarding From Microsoft 365

Why do I need to enable external email forwarding?

You will typically need to enable external email forwarding if Microsoft 365 stopped forwarding emails to Re:amaze, or if you're having troubling connecting your Microsoft 365 account to Re:amaze. To confirm, if you encounter the following errors you will need to enable external email forwarding:

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)'

Microsoft automatically disables external Forwarding by default. You will need to disable this security feature in order for emails to be forwarded to Re:amaze.
