Re:amaze allows you to enhance security for your business by restricting specific file types from being downloaded from customer attachments. By doing this, you can provide an extra layer of protection against phishing and malware risks.
You can allow or disallow downloads of the following file types:
- .exe
- .dmg
- .zip
- .rar
By default, all file types can be downloaded.
- To make changes to these settings, navigate to Settings > Brands > See all settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click "Attachment Download Settings."
- Now, simply select or deselect the file types you wish to allow.
Once you're done, be sure to click "Save Settings."
