Manage Attachment Download Settings

Re:amaze lets you restrict specific file types from being downloaded from customer attachments, providing an extra layer of protection against phishing and malware risks. By default, all file types can be downloaded. You can allow or restrict downloads of the following file types:

  • .exe
  • .dmg
  • .zip
  • .rar

Update your attachment download settings

Navigate to Settings > Brands > See All Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select Attachment Download Settings.

Select or deselect the file types you want to allow for download.

Select Save Settings to apply your changes.
