Custom Domains

By default, your help site will be hosted on a Re:amaze domain. However, if you are subscribed to our Pro or Plus plan, you can host your help site on custom domain using our Custom Domain. This allows you to host your site on the domain of your choice while improving SEO.

Set up a Custom Domain

Navigate to Settings > Brands > See All Settings, scroll down, and select Custom Domain.

In your DNS manager, create a new CNAME pointing to reamaze.lida.clearalias.com. Your subdomain can be anything preceding your domain, such as help or faq. For example, if you choose faq as your subdomain, your help site will be accessible at faq.yourdomain.com.

Once your CNAME is configured, add your custom domain in Re:amaze and select Update Brand to save your changes.
