Once Article Feedback is enabled, your customers can rate your articles by giving them a thumbs up or a thumbs down. This option will be displayed on the right side of your FAQ articles.

The more your customers view and rate your articles, the more data you will have to make any changes that will improve your article helpfulness. You can gather reporting for your articles by navigating to Reports > FAQs Report. From here, you can filter your report by brand and date range, then click Generate Report.

The FAQ report provides the total number of positive and negative ratings your article received within the date range you specified, the last 30 days, etc.
The report also gives you a breakdown of each individual article, and how they were rated.
