Article Edit History

The Article Edit History feature is available on the Plus Plan and allows you to track changes made to your FAQ articles. From the edit history you can see:

  • Previous versions of each article
  • When an article was last updated
  • Which staff members have made edits

To access the edit history, open the article in the editor and select See Edit History.

Note: The See Edit History option will only appear for articles that have had previous edits.

The Article Edit History displays all past versions of the article and highlights content that has been added or removed over time.
