Customer notes is a great tool to use in order to store valuable information about your customers. Alongside other pertinent data points, customer notes will also be displayed in each conversation to ensure this information is easily accessible to you. Customer notes are internal-facing only, so you don't need to worry about customers seeing what information is stored under their name.
To add a customer note, simply open a customer conversation or contact profile and click on “Add Note” in the Customer Notes section.
Added notes can be edited, and all notes added will be sorted in chronological order with the newest note on top. See below for an example.
