How to block a customer

You can block a customer's profile if you wish to block all future incoming conversations from that customer.

To block a customer:

  1. Go to the customer's profile page from either the conversation view or the contact's tab.

  2. Click on the "Block" link under the ACTIONS bar on the right hand rail.

Once blocked, the customer can be unblocked by clicking on the "Unblock" link under the ACTIONS bar.
