Loop Integration: Setup and Features

What is Loop?

Loop is a return management platform that helps brands manage returns and makes the process stress-free for customers. Loop allows customers to initiate returns online, tracks returned items, and facilitates communication throughout the return journey. By connecting your Loop account to Re:amaze, you can search for returns directly from the right rail of your customer conversations.

Connect Loop

Before getting started, you will need to retrieve your API key from your Loop account.

  1. Log into Loop and navigate to Settings > Developers.
  2. Copy your API key from this page. If no API key is present, select Generate API Key and then copy it.

In Re:amaze, navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select Loop from the list of apps.

Paste your API key into the Loop API Key field, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Save Credentials. Once connected, a Loop return and order ID search will appear in the right rail of your customer conversations.
