Connecting RingCentral

  1. Log into your RingCentral account
  2. Go to your Re:amaze account settings
  3. Click on "Apps"
  4. Click on "RingCentral"
  5. Accept permissions requested by Re:amaze



Setting Up Your RingCentral Voice Channel

  1. Once your account is connected, click on the "Set Up Voice Channels" button shown above
  2. Give your RingCentral voice channel a name
  3. Verify your account information and click on "Save" at the bottom of the page


Log Into Your RingCentral Dialer

  1. Click on the RingCentral dialer located at the bottom right hand corner of your Re:amaze dashboard
  2. Enter your personal RingCentral credentials and accept all permissions


That's it! Your RingCentral account is now connected to Re:amaze!
