Re:amaze provides a built-in migration tool for you to easily and efficiently migrate your data over from Gorgias. No 3rd-party apps necessary! Re:amaze will migrate the following from your Gorgias account:
- Roles
- Staff
- Departments
- Categories
- Messages
- Conversations
To get started, navigate to Settings > Migration Tools.
From this page, you'll see the option to migrate from Gorgias. Click on "Click to Connect", then click on "Connect Now" on the next page.
Next, you will need to provide your Gorgias Base API URL, API Username, and API password. These credentials can be found in your Gorgias account by navigating to your settings > REST API Settings. If you don't see an API password on this page, you will need to click "Create API Key" to generate your password.
Once you have entered your credentials, select which brand (if you have multiple brands) you would like to migrate your data to. Then click "Start Migration".
Now your migration will start (this won't take long). Once this is done, you will see that the Gorgias migration has successfully completed and a checklist of all the data that was migrated will be provided.
