Our Engineering team has confirmed that this issue has only affected a specific segment of Re:amaze accounts that use a large of number of intent-connected workflows, leading to multiple stacking AI queries that can lead to message duplication. We are working to improve performance in this area and in the meantime recommend that most users do not enable more than 10 intent-connected workflows at a time.
