Presence temporarily disabled

We've resolved the issue and will be keeping an eye on performance.

We've decided to temporarily disable initialization of Presence states when the dashboard is loaded. Updates to a conversation's Presence will still work, so while you might not see any Presence indicators initially when the dashboard loads, any subsequent viewing/leaving a conversation will update the Presence state on the dashboard.

We'll re-enable the initial Presence set up once we've resolved the underlying issue with Presence.

We have diagnosed the issue and have re-enabled presence on the Admin dashboard.

Presence when viewing a conversation will still be operational.
