We've received reports that outbound emails are now going through and inbound emails are trickling in. We'll continue to monitor until there's a confirmed resolution from Mailgun.

We've received reports that emails are not being received and that sending emails is currently delayed. Our vendor (Mailgun) has information about this incident here: https://status.mailgun.com/incidents/qv74gxp2ndsp
This impacts sending and receiving email from and to customers as well as sending notifications and invites to staff users.
