Staff Availability

As a team leader, it’s imperative to know which staff members are online and available to handle incoming customer inquiries. Here are a couple of ways to double check which members of your team are online:

From the Inbox

If you’re working from the inbox, you’ll notice the Assignee filters (below the Brands/Channels filters) on the left-hand side of your dashboard. A green online indicator will appear next to the staff avatar for online staff users.

Classic Chat

Not sure who's online serving Classic Chats? Hover over the Classic Chat availability toggle at the bottom-right corner of the dashboard. It will show the names of other team members that are available to serve Classic Chats.
