Add Attachments to Conversations

You and your customers can upload attachments to Re:amaze conversations using the drag and drop area below the reply box, or by selecting the attachment option in the same section.

Re:amaze supports a file size limit of 100MB and accepts most common file formats, including documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and image files such as Photoshop files.

To attach a file or image inline within your message, use markdown to link to the file. The file or image must be hosted at a publicly accessible URL for this to work.
