Our integration with Wix allows you to streamline your customer support and communication processes. Re:amaze automatically imports your Wix data, including customer details and order information. This information is easily accessible to agents, allowing them to view orders in real time.

Order Search
If customers have questions about a specific order, you use the Order Search tool found in the right-rail to quickly look up the order and provide any needed information.
Inserting a Product
From your inbox, you can insert products from your store directly into your conversations with customers. To do this, Click on the "Wix" button located above the reply box.
A pop-up will appear, displaying the products from your store. You can use the search bar to find a specific product and and insert multiple product links in your reply.
Once you have selected the product(s) you want to insert the product link will appear in your reply.
