Instead of just answering customer questions and seeing customer service as a cost center, integrations like Pipedrive allow your customer service team to become a revenue center.

Our integration with Pipedrive allows you to see Pipedrive customer data directly within a Re:amaze conversation. This customer data includes:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Existing and prospective deals
  • The value of the deal
  • The status of the deal
  • Expected close date of the deal
  • Upcoming activities
  • The subject of the activity
  • Notes

Connecting Pipedrive

For New Re:amaze Users:

  1. Install the Re:amaze app through Pipedrive Marketplace.
  2. You'll be taken to a new account form to fill in your company information.
  3. Click "Create Account" to complete setup.

For Existing Re:amaze Users:

  • Install the Re:amaze app through the Pipedrive Marketplace.
  • Choose to connect your existing account.
  • Enter your account details to link your existing account to Pipedrive. You can also initiate the install process from within your existing Re:amaze account under Settings > Apps > Pipedrive.
